AASFP Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer Certification
AASFP is internationally recognized training institute (http://www.aasfp.com/hk/index.aspx?langID=e&siteID=o). It is a reputable training institute in Asia, New Zealand and Australia. They have trained over 10,000 Fitness Professionals. Including the “Sports Science & Fitness Foundation Cert.” & “Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer Cert.” The theoretical and practical training hours is over 100.

AASFP Muay Thai Instructor (Foundation) Certification
In fitness room, we can train Muscle Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardio Respiratory Endurance, Burn Fat and Increase Flexibility. These are called “Health-related fitness components”. However, in Thai Boxing, it also improves “Motor skill-related components”. It includes Speed, Power, Balancing, Hand-eye coordination, Reaction. It lets our bodies to be more fully developed.

HKBA Boxing Referee & Judge
Being a Boxing Referee needs acute insight, precise and instant judging ability. Also he needs to be familiar with the boxing rules and regulations. This is an advance study of boxing trainer.


AASFP Sports Injury Management Certification
Injuries such as Inflexible Shoulder, Knee Joint Strain, Elbow Pain, and Ankle Sprain would let people avoid doing sports. However, avoiding doing sports would let your muscle atrophy, and easy to be injured again. Rehabilitation Exercise is a basic way of physical therapy skill to help people who had injuries. AASFP Sports Massage Certification
Sports Massage can improve the sports performance, alleviate the tiredness after sports, and increase the time to recovery. There are three parts: Pre-workout massage, During workout massage and Post-workout massage. It is a method to maintain and reinvigorate our muscles.




AASFP Elderly Fitness Certification

Assist the elderly to exercise, the objective is not to make them to be too powerful. The training could be very simply. But the care and patience of the trainer is the most important.
